This program is designed to optimally improve the professional career of the graduate in this field. This involves a mastery and integration of the act of purchasing; the bidding process and contract management; materials and stock management as well as strategies to manage organisational processes for optimal growth in the procurement process.

Course objectives

As a graduate of this program, you will be equipped for the efficient management of the organisations procurement processes that will help acquire skills in the bidding, negotiation and contract issues; logistical issues and challenges and how to manage it; inventory and materials management. Proper planning of the purchasing and logistics; integrating supply chain strategy to corporate strategy; supply chain mapping; supply chain metrics; developing and implementing partnerships in the supply chain; and, implementing supply chain management.
